Great news! The Tulsa Housing Authority offers a fantastic opportunity for Veterans interested in homeownership. While the 1st time home buyer program is available, Veterans are exempt from this requirement. You can still leverage your VA financing with added benefits.

✔️ Up to $17,500 is on offer for closing costs or down payment assistance. This financial boost can accelerate your equity growth, even if VA loans typically don't require a down payment. This grant helps build in equity from the beginning. The grant is forgiving over a 5-year period, enhancing your path to homeownership.

To take advantage of this opportunity, you must work with a certified Real Estate agent and mortgage company. Rest assured, I am working with a certified Veteran Mortgage lender (US Army) and myself (US Navy), we are fully equipped to guide you through the process....
