If you are keeping an eye on real estate signs around Jenks, Broken Arrow, or Owasso this month, you might notice something fascinating happening. Two homes on similar streets can have completely different summer stories: one has a "Pending" sign in the yard within a week, while the other sits with the grass growing tall, facing price reductions.
